Men's Golf Takes Third at Buccaneer Invitational

The men's golf team

NSU's men's golf team put an end to the 2009 regular season, placing third amongst 14 competitors at the Buccaneer Invitational on April 5, shooting a team total of 285-293-296-874.

Junior Byron White alongside freshman teammate Ben Vertz took charge in leading the Sharks, as they entered the top ten, tying for 10th place individually. Sophomore Bobby Bode came up close behind, claiming the 13th spot individually as he shot a 72 in round three.

The Sharks will now compete in the Sunshine State Conference Championship in Winter Haven, where Rollins College will be hosting, on April 20.
